Top Five Loans
A Divi build for a loan-comparison site: a scannable five-lender table across personal, student-refinance and small-business loans, the affiliate and APR disclosures lending requires, and a structure built to rank. 96 desktop PageSpeed.

A comparison table that has to earn the click
Top Five Loans is a loan-comparison site. Its centrepiece is a side-by-side table of five lending partners, Upgrade, Splash, Upstart, LendKey and Sunwise, covering personal loans, student-loan refinancing and small-business loans, each with its APR range, term and loan amount.
The site earns by sending qualified clicks to those partners. It had to make the comparison table genuinely scannable, carry the APR and eligibility disclosures that affiliate lending requires, rank for comparison search terms, and get visitors to a "get my rate" link with minimal friction.
A scannable table, the disclosures, and a structure built to rank.
- Divi build centred on a five-lender comparison table, each row with APR range, term, amount and an outbound "get my rate" link
- Loan-type labelling per row, personal, student refinance, small business, so visitors self-select
- "Read reviews" links alongside each lender for the cautious researcher
- Long-form editorial content on personal-loan use cases, written for comparison and "best loan" search terms
- Affiliate and APR disclosures placed where they are required
- Organic-search structure with metadata, Open Graph and FAQ schema
Fast on desktop, with an accessibility gap to close.
Performance and SEO are strong. Accessibility needs a pass.
Desktop Performance is 96, with Best Practices and SEO both at 100, blocking time green and layout shift a near-perfect 0.003. Mobile Performance is 82, respectable for a Divi build.
Straight talk: two things need work. Accessibility scores 73 on desktop and 60 on mobile, the orange-heavy palette has contrast failures and the comparison table needs better labelling, so that is the priority fix. And on mobile the hero image is the Largest Contentful Paint element at 4.2 s, the usual Divi-plus-imagery pattern. Neither is a rebuild, both are a focused pass.

What it does now
The site lays the five offers out side by side, carries the disclosures affiliate lending requires, and is built to rank for comparison searches. Desktop performance and SEO are where I want them. The accessibility score is the open item, contrast and table labelling, and it is a focused fix rather than a rebuild.
